Welcome to Arttista

Thank you for using Arttista! We're really happy to have you here.

Arttista was designed to make illustration and animation powerful but still intuitive. Before you start creating your first projects, there are a few important things that will help you get the best experience possible.

To get started quickly, we recommend following these four important steps.

1 — Configure your GPU Profile

Arttista uses GPU acceleration for rendering. You can choose between two performance profiles depending on your system.

To change this setting:

Preferences → GPU → Choose "Low Profile" or "High Profile"
If you experience slow performance, switching to Low Profile can significantly improve responsiveness.

2 — Explore the Built-in Help System

The page you're currently reading is part of the Arttista Help System.

Inside this help area you'll find step-by-step guides explaining many core features of the software, including drawing tools, object manipulation, animation workflow, and timeline controls.

If you're unsure how something works, the help system is always a good place to start.

3 — Watch the Illustration Tutorials

To learn the drawing workflow in Arttista, we highly recommend watching the Illustration Tutorials Playlist.
